Embraced Wellness is committed to providing services and support that allow our residential and day support clients to remain as independent as possible in their homes/residences or within one of our day support facilities. Our caring staff of professionals are dedicated to enabling quality of life for our clients and their families that cannot be achieved on their own.

We provide Residential Support Services within the North Salt Lake area, along with Day Support Services, Host Home Services and a range of other services and support that are tailored to each individuals needs. This includes assistance with activities of daily living, respite care, transport, companionship, and more. We take our responsibility of our clients seriously and are committed to delivering the highest quality of care. Our team is available 24/7 to ensure that our clients' needs are met in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. We believe that our residents/clients should have the opportunity to live their lives to the fullest and strive to provide the necessary services and support that enable them to do so.
